Pics of a new Historic 1957 Les Paul Jr. VOS  Quality control failed.  Not sure how this happens.  I sent it back completely in shock. After a 5 year hiatus with Les Pauls, this is what I got! Looks like the finish is starting to come off 11th fret and throughout.  See what appears to be major fretboard shrinkage (see how there is a ridge from the neck to the fretboard.) A finish stain neat the strap button. Visible glue spatter marks.  What the heck?  Oh, and the case...it doesn't even fit the guitar properly (not pictured)  Perhaps this was a Friday guitar?  Anyways, long story short, I sent this back to the dealer and went for a Les Paul Traditional hand inspected by the dealer.  Pics to follow.
